(PS: POTA does not stand for "President Of The A---s"... I think that's "Planet Of The Apes" - excuse my sense of humor.) And yes, fist, almost any rotten remake of almost anything is expectable these days. “I Am Legend” was definitely the title, of the Richard Matheson story, that ‘The Omega Man’ was made after.

Maybe it would make a good MST3K target after all these mellowing decades, what with Mr. POTA/TCs onstage and all those rock-star albino jerks… but come on, if there’s a full-scale world-devastating nuclear-biological war, a few odd-looking jerks are about what you’d expect in context, at minimum…

Now I've heard Will Smith is gonna maul that role in an upcoming remake. Sliding scale, anyone? I guess if you can have an onscreen kiss with Anthony Michael Hall without puking your lunch, you can have any role you want afterwards.
