		<description>For all intents and purposes, the order of the &lt;a href="http://sector7g-zz9.com/it/2006/08/03/new-features-whozcappin-mailacaption-whatelse/" rel="nofollow"&gt;whozcappin&lt;/a&gt; list is arbitrary. I toyed with a few ideas, but none satisfied the following criteria: (1) came up during my initial brainstorm, (2) could be described in less than a paragraph, (3) was a genuine improvement over no order, and (4) would be sure to add less than 20 minutes of writing and testing. 

Alphabetical almost made the cut, but I decided that rewarding the folks with earlier handles was in its own way just as arbitrary as no explicit order, so it flunked on #3.</description>

Certainly not alphabetical order.  Doesn't seem to be order in which last captioned.  I don't see any pattern.
