You had to be the High School Big Shot, didn’t you?
It’s that time of year again! Time for me to start plugging away for the upcoming 5th Anniversary Inventing Situations Bake Your Own Turkey Week tv juniors presented by food. Our first official addition is High School Big Shot, starring Tom Pittman as a crazy mixed up kid sharing a dank dank apartment with his even danker dad. I’ve got a few more movies on hand to add, and I’m still scouring the net and the discount bins. Even so, I’m reaching the point where most of the mstied movies I don’t have in the collection are either still under copyright or really tough to find. Based on that and the results (so far) of this poll:
Our sixth Turkey Day/Week event is approaching, should I:
most of the additions this year will be in the form of new grabs for old favorites.

Anything with Bela Lugosi in it (specif. The Island of Lost Souls, and some of the lesser-known too) would do, maybe. Just a blog entry.

Four of Bela’s five appearances on MST are in the official Turkey Day schedule (and the Turkey event is all about MSTied movies, after all). His fifth appearance (Bride of the Monster) used to be part of the official schedule, and may return depending on my research. There are a few more of his movies (and the rest of the Phantom Creeps) in the year round catalog, and more may appear, but pointers to easily downloaded mpeg1 copies of his public domain works would grease the wheels.

Thx. The diff. betw. 1 ‘Martian’ + another 1 in that bad mvi, is like D diff Btw abbrvns and StUpd Abbrvns.
