What's the deal?
The deal is this, we give you a set of pictures to work with, you arrange them anyway you please, and write a story with them. When you're done, just save and publish it, and the whole world can see it. -
So, I can write anything I want?
Within reason. And who decides what reason is? I do. Why? Because it's my site. Basically, if I decide you're being abusive of the other users or abusing the privelege of posting here, your access may be suspended indefeinitely. -
How long will a story/picture set be available?
Typically, once a picture set is made available you will be able to start a story with it anytime in the next month or so. After that point, you will have another week to view completed stories for the set, and publish in-progress stories. I hope to make a new picture set available once a week. -
Who owns this stuff?
The basic design and text of the site is © 2005 Gerson Koenig. The text of the stories is owned by the respective authors themselves, although by submitting your work, you grant permission for their publication here and for promotional purposes in other media. Unless otherwise noted, the pictures in the stories are believed to be in the public domain. -
How does this site relate to
Inventing Situations?
It's a sister site. It's definitely not a replacement, but since it has the same management, there should be plenty of cross promotion and they share an announcement list. If registration is ever implemeted for IS, you'll be able to use your WPT account there, and vice versa. -
